REASONS TO JOIN GPA

• Thank you for your interest in joining Grimsby Pickleball Association (GPA). We would love to add you to our growing list of pickleball players. We all love playing pickleball and we want to do our part by contributing. 
• By becoming a member of GPA you support a group of dedicated volunteers who continuously try to provide players with additional court times and whose purpose is to develop pickleball initiatives with the Town of Grimsby. You’ll be helping the growth and development of pickleball for yourself and others in neighborhoods, schools and clubs in your community and in other facilities across the country.
• There is strength in numbers and a strong association will provide opportunities and leverage in accessing indoor and outdoor locations to play pickleball.
• With this membership you will need to become a member of Pickleball Canada (PC) and Pickleball Ontario (PO) if you haven't done so already.

• Structured and organized play, drop-in membership games blocked off on the court reservation system.
• It’s an opportunity to expand your social circle and get connected with other players who are passionate about the sport.
• To allow you to take part in our Learn & Play events, Group Clinics, Member Tournaments and other Fun and Social events held throughout the year.
• To improve your skills and play at both recreational and competitive levels.
• To give pickleball a presence and voice in Grimsby much like other associations such as baseball, hockey, tennis, soccer or basketball.
• To help guide the growth of pickleball in Grimsby and communities across the province.
• To support, or become one of, our volunteers to keep the association growing strong.
• Membership includes voting rights at our Annual Member Meeting to give you the opportunity for your voice to be heard and to help us make a difference.
• To provide insurance coverage for liability on the courts as a member of PC and PO.
• As a member you will be provided access to both PC and PO websites which include additional wealth of information including locations to play across Canada and instructional videos.
• Becoming a member will include being part of the collective Grimsby Pickleball Association's voice in our community to help advocate for all things related to pickleball within the Town of Grimsby.

• Grimsby Pickleball Association Membership $80
• Dedicated membership courts
• Access to our court reserve scheduler apps
• Member-only events held throughout the season
• Skills and Drill Sessions 
• Lots of fun and more!
• If required: Membership to Pickleball Canada ($10 annual fee + service fee additional charge)
• If required: Membership for Pickleball Ontario ($10 annual fee)
